Turning your device ON/OFF

Rapidly tap the activation button on your device five (5) times to activate the device.

Using Your Device

The ASTRO is inhale activated, once the device is turned on simply inhale to pull a draw.

Changing Your Devices Heat Settings

Rapidly tap the activation button three (3) times to alternate heat settings. The light will indicate the appropriate heat setting. 

  • Blue: 2.8V
  • Green: 3.3V
  • Red: 3.8V 

Charging Your ASTRO

The ASTRO comes with a USB-C charging port, the charging slot for your device is located at the bottom of the device.

Plug the USB end of your device safely into a charge block or active USB port to charge your device.

Charge time varies anywhere from 0.30 minutes to 2.0 hours.

*The USB-C charger which comes with your device is designed specifically for the ASTRO, we do not recommend using third party chargers to charge your device.

What type of pod is compatible with the ASTRO?

ASTRO devices are exclusively compatible with ASTRO pods, you can purchase additional ASTRO pods here.

The ASTRO is built to be compatible with a variety of oils ranging from a mid-range viscosity to a high viscosity. We recommend not cutting your distillate by more than 20%. ASTRO pods are not intended to be filled with a low viscosity extract or else leakage may occur.

Our ASTRO’s leave our manufacturing facility fully charged. Although they leave fully charged, please note the longer the battery sits on the shelf the more it gets drained. Therefore, we recommend to fully charge the ASTRO yourself upon purchase.

ASTRO pods are intended for one time use only and we do not condone alternative methods to refilling a ‘used’ pod as this may compromise the integrity of your oils and our hardware.

Yes, we do offer custom packaging on bulk OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) orders only. If you’re interested in doing an OEM, Custom Device, or White Label Device please contact us. Our team of designers and engineers are here to help you from concept to creation.

In order to do an OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) for the ASTRO we require a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of 3000 pcs for Batteries and 5000 pcs for Pods. Price will vary depending on the complexities and demand of your product. If you’re interested in fulfilling a OEM or custom (white label) device, please contact us.
