Returns
You have 14 business days to request a return from the date of confirmed product delivery.
Upon return request, we immediately issue company credit in place of a refund.
All product return requests must be accompanied with the products in the brand-new condition in order to be processed.
All product returns must be in full box/case quantities; no partial returns will be accepted.
Refunds
Once your product is received, our team will conduct a thorough quality assurance inspection and notify you that we have received your return. If your return qualifies for a refund due to product defect, we will immediately notify you.
If your return for defective products is approved, we will initiate a refund on the original payment method. Your credit will be received within 5-7 days based on the policies of your credit or bank account.
- iKrusher, Inc. can only issue refunds for products which are defective upon delivery.
- Refunds may not be issued due to leaking product.
